Activated carbon from Coconut husk chips it is very effective in purification of water drinking, bottled and residual, for the Elimination of odor, flavor and color, eliminates the cancer causing trihalomethanes. It is a material aid to the decloraciòn of the same down the levels below the norm NOM-127-SSA1-1994 and the NOM-041-SSA1-1993 (250 ppm Cl)-.
It can also be used in the purification of air, eliminating odors and a number of gas or organic solvents, helps in natural gas purification, adsorption sulfide from hydrogen highly toxic.
It is a widely used in the food industry and beverage materials, presentation powder is occupied for the clarification of oils and syrups.
